Hi, It’s bri…
I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m the owner of No. 14 Boutique, a brick-and-mortar and online retail clothing store in my hometown of Pittsburgh, PA.
I opened No. 14 when I was 22 in hopes of providing trendy-yet-affordable clothes in a space that made you want to hang out on a Friday afternoon. Nothing brings me more joy than getting to help someone pick out their favorite new outfit and chat about our lives together. Seven years later, and we’re still having a blast.
From the store I’ve also gotten to create and launch my own clothing line, Sister Bloom, (famous for its viral Christmas pjs), and dive into creating pieces that me and my girlfriends can’t stop wearing. But more on that later…
“I’m an UNASHAMEDLY girly girl (give me all the pink and fresh-cut flowers), but you’ll typically find me in my favorite pair of jeans and a staple basic tee.”
01. My Man, E
My husband, Eric, and I met when we were 14. We’ve been together for over half of our lives, and obviously, I wouldn’t have it any other way. My favorite nights are spent sitting with a cocktail in hand ‘solvin the world’s problems with him. After years living the row-house life, we decided to build, and we just moved into our all-black house. You can follow along here! #HOUSEOFKORDS.
02. The Store, no. 14
My Place. This little storefront used to be a hideous bar until we gutted and renovated it in 2014. From this corner we fulfill all of our online orders, shoot weekly photoshoots, and keep our sales floor stocked with plenty of newness. All of my dreams have come true between these four walls.
03. The Brand, Sister Bloom
Named in honor of my grandmother, Sister Bloom is a clothing line we created from scratch. We’ve done capsule collections of Christmas PJs and most recently, sweatshirts and loungewear. Sister Bloom is currently getting a major overhaul and we hope to relaunch the brand in late summer 2022. Stay tuned sis.
04. The Black House, #HOUSEOFKORDS
In a stark contrast to my previous life of all-things pastel and flowers, I built an all-black home. I decided to document the journey to bring you guys along with me. For all the pretty details, check out “The Decor” tab. For the nitty gritty details, head to “The Build”.
