Peek in the Pantry: Vases
It’s no secret that I love me some fresh-cut flowers. As a result, I’m a glorified vase hoarder.
When we built the pantry in our new house, we were searching for a way to utilize this little corner nook. We added some open shelving and I had a bunch of ideas for it. Once we started unpacking the boxes, I immediately knew it would be the perfect spot for my vases to be displayed.
We sold our old house furnished and decorated, that included most of my vases. I had to go on a binge and get new ones and I have found some seriously amazing pieces at killer price points.
Most of my faves are from H&M Home or CB2 and many are under $30!
My tips for vase selection:
Texture: Vary your vases! Ceramic, glass, stoneware, etc. mix in a few different textures for added depth.
Height: From a tiny bud vase to a full bouquet, I love to have varying heights on hand to accommodate different florals.
Color Scheme: For my home, I focus on neutral colors (black, white, grey, cream, gray, etc.) and mix in fun textures.
